untitled 765

The more precious people are to you the less words have to be spoken.

Two of our favourite people were married recently, a handmade card and gift-wrapping just for them.

If only I still had access to a darkroom to play with those fish negs.

reading material

Today is the first full day in some time that either of us have had off.
It is mostly being spent reading in bed with chocolate and lollies whilst it rains outside. (No lack of material).

Anyone reading anything mind-blowing at the moment?

soft

A few days ago I received the talented Genevieve Castree's spring bulletin in the post and sweetly enclosed were 3 postcards of her artwork. The above, titled ' Masques de Seduction' is my favourite and went straight onto the wall above the bed. She is also releasing a full length album soon, something to look forward to.

She says "..black under fingernails is how I will start April...".
I like that.

Happy long-long weekend.

absence makes the heart grow fonder

(A theme that has been resonating with me at the moment)

Sorry about the lack of posts, quite busy.

Last minute birthday card with fabric envelope.

Irana Douer now has some of her work on clothing.
