I will have to do some research but is there some magic trick to opening a skein? My favourite yarn comes in a skein and without fail it always results in a massive tangle. (As you can see I am trying to organise it into a neat ball).

i had a mess like that last week.... after two hours, i ended up tossing it. i felt like it was driving me mad.
I would love to get my hands on that lot, I love untangling! The only way I have successfully got a skein to do as it is told is to get the hubby on the other end.Whoops! Reposted because of spelling!
