Why don't I go for a walk by myself in the late afternoon/early evening more often?
Want to hear something I find comical about those traffic lights? They are on the main thoroughfare in and out of our town. They serve only one purpose, which is to stop traffic so pedestrians can cross the street. They only turn red if a pedestrian presses the button and I think I am the only person in town who ever presses the button to cross. I can feel the glares I get when I stop the traffic, and I think it is amusing.I always cross there.

I stop traffic twice on the Friday run & get the same glares.

I hate when you press the button but it doesn't turn red right away and a gap in the traffic comes so you can cross, then it turns red when a car comes so has to stop for nothing. I always try and get away so they can't see it was me!
haha yes i know what you're talking about! secretly i like making them have to stop so i can walk across....
